Protecting our bridges
Thanos at TI, Germany Dr. Papanicolaou and his team are collaborating with Texas Instruments to develop long distance detection Radio Frequency Identification sensors for use in the autonomous monitoring of scour at bridges. Co-collaborators from Arizona State University will develop the necessary statistical tools and software to support the sensor monitoring.
